When you register for any online course, you are agreeing to all of the following terms.

  1. I understand that I will be provided access to the Online Course purchased for 90 days and this access will complete delivery of the course.
  2. Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee: I understand that PAX Programs Incorporated offers a 30-day, "Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee." To receive a refund under this guarantee, I must give notice to PAX Programs Customer Care at 800-418-9924 or Refunds@understandmen.com by the thirtieth calendar day after the date of purchase.
  3. Any bonuses received must be used within 2 years of the date of purchase. The bonuses have no cash redemption value and no refunds will be available with respect to any bonus provided. We reserve the right to substitute a bonus program or product of equal or greater value. If I cancel the purchase for which a bonus is provided, any unused bonuses will be also cancelled, and PAX Programs Incorporated reserves the right to charge the regular rate for all bonuses fulfilled.

Live Workshops


When you register for any live workshop, you are agreeing to all of the following terms. If you registered at a workshop, these terms appear on the back of your registration form, and you indicated your agreement with your signature. If you registered on the web, these terms appeared on the registration page, and you indicated your agreement by clicking the “Place Order” button at the completion of the checkout process. If you registered over the phone, these terms were emailed to you.

  1. By law, I have the right to cancel within 3 business days of purchase. When cancelling under this provision, any tuition collected will be refunded in full so long as I give notice to PAX Programs Customer Care at 800-418-9924 by midnight pacific time on the third business day after the date of purchase.
  2. If I cancel a registration prior to attending the program, my tuition will be refunded to me minus any applicable Payment Plan Administration Fee, any other applicable fees and the applicable Cancellation Fee, as follows:
    • If I cancel my registration within 45 days of the program date, I will be charged a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the program tuition.
    • If I cancel my registration more than 45 days prior to the program date, I will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $75.00 per program.
  3. If I elect to attend a program other than the date for which I registered, I will pay a Transfer Fee as follows:
    • There is no Transfer Fee for transfers completed within 10 days of original purchase, unless the original registration happens within 45 days of the program.
    • There is a $35 Transfer Fee for every transfer completed more than 10 days after original purchase. Exception: The Transfer Fee is waived if the transfer is completed by the customer on our website at understandmen.com 46 days or more before the start date of the course. If the customer requests assistance from Customer Care in completing the transfer, this exception does not apply.
    • There is a Transfer Fee equivalent to 20% of program tuition for every transfer completed within 45 days from the start date of the course, regardless of whether the transfer is completed by the customer on the web at understandmen.com, or by Customer Care via phone or email. The Transfer Fee for Core Partnership is 50% of program tuition if the transfer is made within 45 days of the program start date.
  4. If I do not attend the program for which I registered and I do not complete a transfer prior to the program start date, I will be considered a “No Show.” In this case, I authorize a charge equivalent to 30% of program tuition to my payment option on file. Upon payment of the 30% No Show Fee, my program will be listed as “Program Date TBD” and available for me to reschedule at understandmen.com. No shows for Core Partnership will forfeit their tuition, will not be entitled to receive a refund and will be required to pay 100% of program tuition in order to register for another CORE Partnership. If I don’t attend a Graduate Program Webinar, I understand that I will be provided access to the Recorded Webinar Program for 90 days and this access will complete delivery of the Program.
  5. I understand that, if I arrive after the published start time for the program for which I am registered that I will not be admitted and that I can transfer to a later date subject to the applicable Transfer Fee specified in #3 above.
  6. I understand that critical program information, including course location, will be communicated to me solely via email, and that it is my responsibility to read all emails, and to solve any technical issues that may be blocking my ability to receive emails from PAX Programs Incorporated. I understand that all of these Terms and Conditions will apply, regardless of whether I receive emails from PAX Programs Incorporated.
  7. PAX Programs offers a “100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee” as follows:
    • The Live Workshop guarantee requires completion of all portions of the program. If, after completing a program, I wish to request a refund, I am required to do so in writing by sending an email to Refunds@understandmen.com within 72 hours of the end of the program.
    • The Webinar and Webcast guarantee requires that I request a refund within 30-Days of purchase. To request a refund, I am required to do so in writing by sending an email to Refunds@understandmen.com.
    • The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to the PAX Mastery & Certification Program, Personal Mastery Program, nor the CORE Partnership because the ultimate success of these programs for me depends heavily on my efforts in participating fully in the programs.
  8. The programs provided as bonuses for each of the workshop packages offered must be taken within 2 years of the date on which the package was purchased. The 100% Workshop Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to any program provided as a bonus to any package. The bonuses have no cash redemption value and no refunds will be available with respect to any bonus provided. We reserve the right to substitute a bonus program or product of equal or greater value.

If you are registering with a Payment Plan, the following section contains the terms of your payment agreement with PAX Programs Incorporated. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, and make sure that you are clear about the payment schedule and all fees associated with changes to the schedule or in the event of non-payment.

If you registered with a payment plan, it begins when you register with your first installment. The first payment will be charged to your credit or debit card within 5 days of the date of registration. All subsequent payments will be deducted from the same account on a 31-day cycle. A description of the number of payments and amount of each payment for each program and/or package can be found on the front of this registration form. All prices are in US Dollars.
  1. I understand that a charge of $20 will be assessed for any changes to the payment schedule on the front of this registration form.
  2. In the event that any of the payments are declined for any reason, I authorize PAX Programs Incorporated to assess and collect a Decline Fee of $15 for each occurrence. I understand that, if any of my scheduled payments are declined, it is my responsibility to contact PAX Programs Incorporated to rectify the problem. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, I understand that I will be automatically transferred out of all programs for which I am registered.
  3. After participating in the selected program(s), if I default on the remaining payments, I agree to reimburse PAX Programs Incorporated for all costs associated with collecting the remainder of the tuition, including but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs of court.

Mastery & Certification


When you register for the PAX Mastery & Certification Program, you are agreeing to all of the following terms. If you registered at a workshop, these terms appear on the back of your registration form, and you indicated your agreement with your signature. If you registered on the web, these terms appeared on the registration page, and you indicated your agreement by clicking the “Place Order” button at the completion of the checkout process. If you registered over the phone, these terms were emailed to you.

PAX Mastery and Certification Terms and Conditions Effective November 3, 2015

PAX Mastery and Certification Payment Plan Terms and Conditions:

Your deposit will be charged immediately and is not refundable. Your first payment on the payment plan will be automatically deducted from your account on March 1, 2016. After the first payment, ten more payments will be deducted, every 31 days, from the same account. Each payment is not refundable after such payment is made. The amount of the deposit and each payment for each Topic Series can be found on the front of this registration form in Step 2. All prices are in US Dollars.
  1. I understand that a charge of $20 will be assessed for any changes to the payment schedule above.
  2. In the event that any of the payments are declined for any reason, I authorize PAX Programs Incorporated to assess and collect a Decline Fee of $15 for each occurrence. I understand that, if any of my scheduled payments are declined, it is my responsibility to contact PAX Programs Incorporated to rectify the problem. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, I understand that I may be ineligible to participate in parts of the PAX Mastery and Certification Program.
  3. I agree not to cancel, revoke, charge back or dispute any previously entered charge on my credit card, unless prohibited by law. If, after making a payment or payments by credit card, I later dispute the charge(s) and it is later determined that the charge was properly authorized, I agree to pay all fees and costs incurred by PAX Programs Incorporated as a result of the improper cancellation, revocation, charge back or dispute. I authorize PAX Programs Incorporated to charge such fees and costs on the credit card provided by me on the front of this registration form.
  4. After participating in the PAX Mastery and Certification Program, in its entirety or in part, if I am in arrears on any payments, I agree to reimburse PAX Programs Incorporated for all costs associated with collecting the remainder of the tuition, including but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs of court.
Registration Terms and Conditions
  1. By law, I have the right to cancel within 3 business days of purchase.   2. Deposits for Personal Mastery Topic Series are non-refundable. If I change my registration, my deposit will be effected, as follows:
    • If I cancel my registration, I forfeit my deposit.
    • If I change my participation to a different Topic Series, I will be charged a $75 fee if I notify Customer Care by March 23, 2016.
    • If I change my participation to a different Topic Series after March 23, 2016, I forfeit all of my deposit on the original series.
  3. Deposits for Community Education Topic Series are non-refundable. If I change my registration prior to attending the program, my deposit will be effected, as follows:
    • If I cancel my registration, I forfeit my deposit.
    • If I change my participation to a different Topic Series, I forfeit $200 of my deposit if I notify Customer Care by March 23, 2016.
    • If I change my participation to a different Topic Series after March 23, 2016, I forfeit all of my deposit on the original series.
  4. Deposits for Professional Certification Topic Series and Coaching Certification Topic Series are non-refundable and non-transferable. If I change my registration prior to attending the program, my deposit will be effected, as follows:
    • If I cancel my registration, I forfeit my deposit.
    • If I change my participation to a different Topic Series, I forfeit my deposit.
  5. If I leave the program at any time before its completion on January 13, 2017, my payment plan will be cancelled and no monies previously paid will be refunded.
  6. If I do not attend the first weekend of this program, I will be considered a "No Show." In this case, I will forfeit my deposit and the 1st payment, my payment plan will be cancelled, and I will not be able to participate in this program. This Condition does not apply to Personal Mastery.
  7. I understand that, if I arrive after the published start time for the program for which I am registered that I may not be admitted and I will be considered a "No Show" as set forth in Section 6 above. This Condition does not apply to Personal Mastery.
  8. I understand that critical program information, including course location, will be communicated to me solely via email, and that it is my responsibility to read all emails, and to solve any technical issues that may be blocking my ability to receive emails from PAX Programs Incorporated. I understand that all of these Terms and Conditions will apply, regardless of whether I receive emails from PAX Programs Incorporated.
  9. I understand that PAX Programs Incorporated offers a "Satisfaction Guarantee" for all programs completed except the PAX Mastery and Certification Program because the ultimate success of this program for me depends heavily on my efforts in participating fully in the program. I understand that there are no refunds of any amounts paid for the PAX Mastery and Certification Program.
