Our offices are closed on Mondays, weekends and major holidays.

You can send general inquiries to CustomerCare@understandmen.com. Please realize that, if you send us an email after hours on a Friday, we will not receive it until the following Tuesday. If you absolutely positively have to have a quick response, you will need to call us during our regular business hours as listed above.

Registering into a PAX Workshop

To register online select your workshop date from our Schedule of Workshop Dates and Locations. Payment can be made in full, or with the PAX Payment Plan. Review our Workshop Descriptions to find the one that’s right for you.

If you'd prefer, we'll be happy to have a conversation with you to answer any questions you might have about an upcoming workshop. Please call us at 800.418.9924.

Transferring to a Different Workshop

If your workshop is more than one week away, you have three options:

  1. You can complete the transfer yourself by using your Username and password to log in to our website. If you do not know your Username and password you will need to phone Customer Care for assistance.
  2. You can phone our Customer Care department at 800.418.9924.

If you are requesting a transfer within three (3) days of your workshop start date, you must contact the Customer Care department by phone at 800.418.9924.

The PAX Points Program

The PAX Points Program is our volunteer appreciation program. Open to graduates of the Celebrating Men, Satisfying Women® or Understanding Women: Unlock the Mystery™ workshops, this program allows men and women who volunteer at our workshops and events to earn PAX Points which can be applied to future workshop registrations.
